Withdrawal policy
Last updated: 28 July 2026
The language of the contract is German. This translation is provided for information only; the German version is the authoritative one.
This translation has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. In case of doubt, the German version applies.
This policy applies to paid services from Wegweit — the subscription “Wegweit Plus” and the one-off unlocking of a single trip. It applies to consumers: a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly attributable neither to their commercial nor to their self-employed professional activity.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us
e-Networkers GmbH, Löbstedter Straße 47a, 07749 Jena, Deutschland
Email: info@e-networkers.de
by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form set out below for this, which is however not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal period it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse to you all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the communication concerning your withdrawal of this contract reached us. For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees because of this reimbursement.
If you requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point in time at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in respect of this contract, compared with the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal in the case of digital content
Important for the one-off unlocking of a trip. In the case of a contract for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, your right of withdrawal expires if we have begun to perform the contract after you have expressly consented to our beginning to perform the contract before the withdrawal period has expired, and you have confirmed your knowledge that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal upon the beginning of the performance of the contract, and we have provided you with a confirmation of this.
We obtain this consent expressly during the payment process: there you confirm that you request immediate supply and that you know that your right of withdrawal expires upon complete supply. Without this confirmation no purchase is concluded.

Cancelling the subscription
Withdrawal is something different from cancellation. Irrespective of the right of withdrawal, you can cancel “Wegweit Plus” at any time — with no notice period and without giving reasons, with effect from the end of the period paid for at the time. Until then your access remains in place. The direct route for this is the Cancel contracts here page; when signed in you can also do it in your Account under “Manage subscription”. Your trips, notes and photos are kept after the subscription ends.
Dispute resolution: We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer dispute resolution body (§ 36 VSBG).
