This is where you cancel your “Wegweit Plus” subscription — without signing in and without giving a reason. Fill in the form and press “Cancel now”. You will get the confirmation by email immediately afterwards, with the date and time it reached us.

The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Until then your access stays in place — the time you have paid for remains yours. Your trips, notes and photos are kept afterwards as well; only the Plus features and the larger allowances fall away.

A one-off unlock of a single trip is not a subscription. It does not run on and does not need to be cancelled.

We use it to match the cancellation to your contract, and that is where the confirmation goes.

Type of cancellation and when it takes effect

For an ordinary cancellation no reason is needed. If you do tell us what did not suit you, it helps us.

Other ways

If you are signed in, you can also cancel straight from your Account under “Manage subscription”, directly with our payment provider — and see your invoices in the same place. An informal email to info@e-networkers.de works too; please give the email address of your account when you write.
