Common questions
What happens to my trips if I cancel?
Nothing is lost. Your trips, notes and photos stay; you can still view, edit and share them. Only the Plus features — guide, photo book, password protection — are no longer available, and the allowances go back to the free ones.
How do I cancel?
Through the Cancel contracts here page — no sign-in, no notice period, no reason needed. Signed in, one click in your Account does it too. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for; that time stays yours.
Why is there a free account at all?
Because planning a trip is something you have to be able to try out. A complete trip with map, legs and costs costs you nothing. Part of our income also comes from referral commission when you book a place to stay through one of our links — the price does not change for you (see the Legal notice).
Can I buy a single trip without a subscription?
Yes. The one-off purchase for €6.99 unlocks exactly one trip permanently, including the guide, the photo book and every change to that trip. No subscription, no renewal.
How can I pay?
Through our payment provider Stripe: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Link and, depending on the country, further methods. We never see your card details.
Do I have a right of withdrawal?
Yes, fourteen days. For the subscription it remains in place; if you withdraw, you pay only pro rata for the time you used it. For the single unlock it is different: it is digital content supplied in full immediately — if you request that immediate supply, your right of withdrawal expires with it. We point this out expressly during checkout and obtain your confirmation. All the details and the model form are set out in the withdrawal policy.
